WesRok gets good reception on US tour | Entertainment

Country music-reggae artiste WesRok is having the time of his life as he undertakes his first US promotional tour alongside popular dancehall artiste I-Octane.

Since his arrival in the US late last month, he has performed on several events, including the Trinity Wine and Reggae Festival in Poolesville, Maryland, and the Houston Reggae Festival in Texas.

“This is a tremendous experience for me. I’m learning a lot about what it takes to be an international music star. It’s a lot of challenging work getting up early in the mornings to go to the radio stations for interviews and visiting the venues for sound checks and so on, but I am enjoying every moment of it. I am very grateful to I-Octane for giving me this opportunity to tour with him,” said WesRok.

Performing smooth country-reggae fusion covers such as She Believes In Me, Perfectly Imperfect and originals, including Try To Hold Me and Born As a Winner, he has made a strong impression on music lovers in the US.

“The response has been very overwhelming everywhere I have performed. The fans have been very welcoming to me, and they appreciate my music and the message,” he said.

WesRok is also known for songs such as Poor Country Boy and Looking Back.
