After a satisfying performance on Night One of the 30th staging of Reggae Sumfest, Vanessa Bling is gearing up for an epic project release.

Donning a bejewelled jumpsuit, Bling who performed crowd favourite female anthems One Man, Everything Fi Hold Him, Future Guaranteed and Independent Ladies on the Catherine Hall stage, will release the single Powerful Woman next Friday.

With that new release, she says, she is prepared to share sides of herself that were previously unknown.

“Just look out for songs that you know you a go love and things that are gonna inspire you. You’re gonna get things from me from within, things weh me go through and things weh other people go through.”

While keeping tight-lipped on whether she will dip a toe back into gospel, she shared that her fans should be excited about this new release.
