The Athletic Association of Guyana (AAG) will bring the curtain down on its 2021 season today with the staging of its leg of the South American 10K Classic.
Beginning from 15:30hrs, the 19th edition of the event runs off from the GTT Earth Station on CARIFESTA Avenue to finish inside the National Park near the Children’s Monument.
President of the AAG, Aubrey Hutson, recently disclosed that the event has attracted in excess of 100 registrants. Hutson added that local conglomerate, Banks DIH Limited, under its Rainforest Waters and PowerAde brands, has thrown its support behind the fixture.
