Fintech partners with Wall Street company

Barbados-headquartered global fintech companies IPay Anywhere and Global Integrated Fintech Solutions (GIFTS), have announced the signing of a partnership agreement with the principals of Soleil Capitale Group, a Wall Street based investment banking firm.

This was announced in a joint statement by Dave Sahadath, Chief Executive Officer of the GIFTS and IPay Anywhere Group and Adhar Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer of Soleil Capital and IMBL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Soleil, having relationships with approximately 150 banks globally.

The agreement is for the launching of a USA based GIFTS/IPay company, which will be a subsidiary of GIFTS/ IPay Global. The name of the new entity, GIFTS America, has already been incorporated in the state of New York.

The partnership will see GIFTS moving its USA headquarters to Wall Street and together with Soleil, will offer the full suite of GIFTS and IPay Anywhere suite of Fintech services across the United States.

Soleil has several offices across the world situated in USA, Dubai, London, Manila, Zurich, Hong Kong and Bucharest. The company operates in several industries including investment banking, private equity, trade finance and automotive manufacturing.

The agreement will also see GIFTS and IPay increasing their portfolio of products to include marketing some of Soleil’s financial products in the Caribbean and Africa thereby helping financial institutions provide some of these said services.

IMBL, an international Merchant Bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soleil, recently became domiciled on the island of Nevis.m Barbadian entrepreneur Sahadath said: “I abide by the principal that relationships are the bridge between thought and accomplishment and this strategic partnership will propel GIFTS/Ipay to help create financially inclusive societies in whatever markets we serve”. Srivastava said: “we are so excited to form this partnership and be part of the global expanse of this Barbados-based fintech company. We will be leveraging our global relationships to ensure that we become one of the leading fintech companies globally.”
