Shemar Britton, the last remaining hope for an individual singles medal for Guyana at the ongoing 62nd annual Caribbean Table Tennis Championships was beaten yesterday.
After defeating Barbadian and former Caribbean men’s singles champion Kevin Farley in their round of 16 clash yesterday, Britton found the top seed Daniel Gonzalez of Puerto Rico a handful and lost 0-4.
Britton lost to Daniel Gonzalez of Puerto Rico 5-11, 11-13, 7-11, 6-11.
