Anthony Agostini, who has been on the board of Agostini Ltd for 33 years and managing director for 18, will retire next January 31, at the end of the company’s annual general meeting.
Barry Davis will be appointed CEO designate from September 1 in the meantime and will replace Agostini next February 1.
Davis is currently the finance director of Agostini’s and has been for the past three and a half years. He will hold this position until he becomes CEO.
Previously, Davis was a non-executive director of Agostini’s for 12 years, while he was the financial controller at Atlantic LNG.
