Pearson’s Global Product Marketing team is seeking a talented Product Marketing Analyst to join our fast-growing team and support the highly collaborative, cross-functional effort to expand and evolve our new direct-to-consumer sales channel.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate the production of our HE catalog for eCommerce. Responsibilities will include gathering marketing requirements, creating workflows and best practices, as well as managing product information and assets to best position our offerings for both instructor and learner audiences. The goal is drive adoptions of our portfolio assets amongst both segments.

This position dual reports into the Senior Product Marketing Managers responsible for go-to-market/commercialization of our platforms.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time position for a duration of 24 months.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a robust understanding of our product portfolio, commercialization processes and target audiences to identify go-to-market needs

Employ modern marketing techniques to gather, synthesize and share customer insights

Serve as the voice of the customer with design and technical teams to inform development/enhancement of our eCommerce assets

Develop product attributes into value propositions, marketing messages

Conduct comparative analyses of internal and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation

Coordinate marketing content and core brand assets (e.g. web content, videos, customer testimonials) in collaboration with Brand, Creative and Campaign partners, ensuring message fidelity across all channels and geographies.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years’ product marketing and/or product management experience

Well-versed in the production of marketing frameworks and assets, particularly for eCommerce

Demonstrated ability to execute successful services marketing and sales strategies

Familiarity with SEO and campaign marketing

Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on creating operational efficiencies

Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

Exceptional story-telling skills, both in terms of copy-writing and presentation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $75 – 95K. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
