Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed to work remotely!
Shift: Flexible schedule
Salary: $96, 460 Annually

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assessing and evaluating new members in the in-take stage
- Use assessments, care plans, and tools to develop an understanding of the member and prepare therapists and prescribers for member care
- Reports daily to the Clinical Director on the status of all new members
- Provide high-quality care to members virtually (teleconferencing) using a proprietary psychosocial assessment, through short-term and long-term individual counseling
- Provide ongoing communication with physician
- Provide feedback in collaboration with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to enable improvements and deliver superior care
- Document all clinical findings
Requirement:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- 3+ years’ experience in providing individual counseling
