Hours are 8am- 8 pm Monday to Friday(5 -8 hour shifts in between those times. Usually 8-4pm and 12- 8pm )

Must Haves:
- 3 years of customer service experience preferably call center
- Someone coming out of the medical industry is preferred (Pharmacy Assistant, Dental Receptionist, Reimbursement)
- 1-2 years Order Management experience
- Post secondary diploma or degree (asset)
Great Language skills in English and French is a must!
