Our client in Waterloo is looking for a full-time Admin Assistant/ Customer Service Rep to join their team in a full-time role!

Job Duties:

  • Greeting customers entering the showroom as well as answering a very busy multi-line phone system.
  • Provide excellent customer service while helping to fulfill clients needs
  • Ask questions to find out what the customer needs and re-route queries to the appropriate person
  • Work with designers, real estate agents, architects and home owners to find the products or services they need
  • Research products and solutions through internet sites to find what is needed
  • Multi-task multiple priorities with he prime focus being customer service

Required Skills:

  • Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and the business
  • Experience in a busy office with the ability to balance busy phones and customer walk-ins.
  • Experience operating a multiple phone line system
  • Experience creating and using custom reports using MS Office
  • Experience with Quickbooks or other bookkeeping is an asset
  • Experience working at a parts counter or dispatching service calls is an asset
  • A positive attitude, motivation, attention to detail, a desire to learn
  • Excellent Team player
