Here are some of the dinosaurs you will meet:
Parasaurolophus
Play the deep trombone-like song of Parasaurolophus and imagine this huge beast echoing through the woods during the Cretaceous period. This is the type of sound Parasaurolophus made, with its long crest helping the noise to travel further. It probably had different calls to attract a mate, to warn of danger or to signal to its young.
Velociraptor
Velociraptor was very closely related to birds and probably made similar squawking sounds. Its name means meat-thief and it was a small, fierce, quick and clever dinosaur. Like Sinosauropteryx, fossils show that Velociraptor had feathers, yet it did not have a beak like some bird-like dinosaurs. Instead, it had a long snout packed with sharp, meat-eating teeth.
Triceratops
What sort of sound would a dinosaur like Triceratops have made, who weighed about the same as a large elephant? Probably, something low like the sound you can play here. Triceratops had three sharp horns and an impressive bony neck plate and could defend itself against some of the most fearsome meat-eaters.
