Job description: The GP&P Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
- Assists in managing the end-to-end program tracking, reporting and implementation processes, communications and policies, as well as resource Planning and financial oversight (including staff and technology budgets).
- Contributes to implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms
- Enables a foundational reporting infrastructure across their businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk
- Manages complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas.
- Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions.
- Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions.
- Regularly interacts with peers within the firm and externally, including regulators and professional organizations.
- Provides advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business unit strategy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry highly preferred
- Knowledge and expertise in Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- PMP preferred

Expected salary: $120000 – 165000 per year
