The Cloud Services team focuses on the delivery and support of cloud technologies at the Bank, including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS technologies. Our scope of work includes automation, monitoring the performance of our cloud platforms, and ensuring that these cloud solutions continue to meet business needs, while maintaining an appropriate balance between functionality and security.
What you need to succeed
- Capacity to assist the team in the delivery and support of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Office365 tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, Exchange Online)
- Monitor performance of the Bank’s Cloud platforms
- Partner with key resources on the team to support execution of specific workloads, including functional testing and documentation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create high quality deliverables and present information clearly and concisely
- Solid interpersonal skills (team player and client focus).
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SaaS – IaaS – PaaS – Microsoft Office Suite
Your education and experience
You must be enrolled in a university or college program in a field related to Computer science.
What you need to know
- Language requirement: English or French essential
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Reliability
- You will work remotely from any location within Canada while the Bank operates under mandatory telework. Flexibility for remote work for the duration of the term may be granted.
- There will be no relocation assistance provided
