As a Hand & Stone Spa Manager, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of RMTs, Estheticians, and Spa Associates to provide outstanding client services and reach or exceed sales goals. You’ll be taking on a challenging and varied role in our friendly and relaxed location. This position will be equal parts customer service, training, employee management, maintenance, administration, social media and sales. Spa Managers are dynamic, dedicated, and enthusiastic leaders that seek out team training opportunities, implement client service programs and establish efficient processes that empower the team to achieve an outstanding client experience.
You’ll be perfect for this role if you’re:

REQUIREMENTS
- Working in coordination with the spa owner; lead, coach, train and set expectations for a team of spa service professionals
- Demonstrate the ability to balance coaching with discipline
- Deliver outstanding client experiences in spa services and retail operations
- Manage, coach and train team on selling spa services and products to reach or exceed financial goals
- Manage, coach and train team on cost management best practices
- Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to social media, scheduling, inventory, payroll and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of small business or Franchise management experience
- Excellent knowledge of spa services and retail operations
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to meet or exceed the cost of goods sold goals
- Strong desire to provide, train and deliver outstanding customer service
- Deep knowledge and understanding of spa services and product line with a strong capacity to sell these to clients
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/split shifts and holidays

Expected salary: $24 – 26 per hour
