Job title: Software Implementation Lead (Remote EST or CST)

We are growing our implementation team and we are looking for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for software configuration and integrated software deployment during the implementation phase of our software solution at our customer’s site. Project Management skills highly desired.
Please note that this role will require you to travel up to 25% of time which may include client visits, conferences, networking events and other work-relate events (post COVID)
** We prefer that this role be based in our NY office but we will entertain candidates working remotely in the EST or CST time zones only.
What You Need for this Position
– A Bachelors degree in any engineering field or computer science
– Background in healthcare technology
– Working technical knowledge as it relates to consumer healthcare products, mobile applications, IT/networking and cloud system concepts
– Experience with implementing or supporting Epic Systems products is an advantage
– Demonstrated project management skills
– Excellent communication skills including customer facing engagements
– Availability to travel to customers as needed (post-COVID)
