We’re seeking a short-term (2-3 months, possibly longer) Customer Service representative to work at Constellation Brands in Canandaigua, NY 14424. Work from 8am-5pm! What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative You’ll be:
Supporting various team members, while providing feedback regarding potential issues on order status flow as well as resolving customer issues related to shipments or alterations. As a customer service representative, you will be the main point of contact for order entry, order management and problem resolution. Other duties can include:
Ensure appropriate documentation for various items including but not limited to shipments, package tracking, customers’ orders, updating specific instructions to eliminate shipment related issues.
Interacts with the Customer Supply, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Transportation, and Warehousing teams
Receives, confirms, and processes customer orders ensuring timely fulfillment and achievement of KPI targets related to OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) and cycle-time.
Will be the main point of contact for order entry, order management and problem resolution
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are able to train on-site then transition to remote work until further notice as well as possess the experience below.
SAP Experience as well as Microsoft Outlook and PC knowledge
Must be 21+ 1-2 years of experience in Logistics and Customer service
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
