A Quality Director with a nursing background is ideal, but not required. However, experience in an acute care hospital is necessary.
Responsibilities for the Senior Nursing Director Quality and Performance Improvement:
- Expertly measure and analyze data
- Create reports and communicate statistics accurately
- Generate clear and engaging presentations
- Ensure proper care is provided to every patient
- Develop innovative performance improvement strategies
- Collaborate with department leaders on quality improvement initiatives
Requirements for the Senior Nursing Director Quality and Performance Improvement:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Nursing degree preferred
- 5+ years quality experience in a hospital environment is required
- Acute Care Hospital Experience
- Excellent communication skills
