This role is on a full time employment basis and will pay an annual base salary of 85K to 100K with a target bonus of 5. Client will provide relocation assistance, up to 10k (tax protected). Preferred Experience bull Must have experience with multiple site locations crossing multiple states. Global would be helpful. bull This is a very hands on role. Not one behind the scenes writing policies. More implementation experience is important. bull Cloud Security experience is important. bull Experience leading Risk Assessments. bull Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent Secure and Monitor IT Infrastructure, Systems, and Data Recommend, engineer, plan and carry out security measures to monitor protect sensitive data, systems, infrastructure from infiltration and cyber attacks Administer and maintain systems related to security such as SIEM, configuration management tools, asset management tools, and monitoring of IT systems Infrastructure. Be a leader on the team to ensure optimal operations and strategy in the support, maintenance, deployment, upgrade and optimization of IT Security. Develop and maintain policies and procedures needed to maintain a secure posture for our client. Embedding security into all stages of the software development life cycledelivery methodologies. Identify new security opportunities and challenges and ensure action is taken to eradicate risks. Leading the internal IT function on security processes. Report to the compliance function breaches of regulatory requirements or security standards. Implement best practices for Secure Design, Threat Modelling. Security requirements writing and Pen Testing. Analyze the Environment and set up a team to implement a new operational model for security engagement Assist with GDPR compliance and security best practices. Undertake assurance assessments of Third-Party suppliers. Provide expert technical support during incidents. Reviewing existing technical environment globally, propose changes, managing changes to improve IT Security. Architect and Lead Implementation of IT Projects Manage multiple ongoing and parallel projects, tracking to priorities and shifting tactical technology changes. Architect server infrastructure needed for application delivery, including both physical and virtual server infrastructures. Assist with managing IT infrastructure requirements from engineers and coordinate cross functional initiatives towards project completion while maintaining global standards. Mentor and Support Team Provide Tier IV support and mentoring for Systems Engineer, IT Support Engineer, and Service Desk as needed. Mentor team members to ensure cross-training for assigned applications. Qualifications Education and Experience BS or Equivalent Experience Strong analytical, strategic, organizational, reporting, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an international team environment Proven leadership and teamwork qualities Strong analytical, decision making, problem-solving skills leverage working independently as part of a group Proven ability to respond rapidly to system problems, outages, alerts and to resolve those issues Strong time management, workload prioritization, and written oral communication skills are essential Specific Functional Competency Requirements Ability to work with, mentor, motivate, lead, and develop a diverse global team. Extensive knowledge of security tools, policies, and procedures in a large scale, virtual and physical server, distributed LANWAN environment Proven design, configuration, implementation and migration experience with IT projects in a global enterprise environment. Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CWESANS Top 25, WASC, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), CIS Critical Security Controls, Penetration execution standard (PTES), Real Intelligence Threat Analytics (RITA) Ability to demonstrate understanding of vulnerability remediation Expert knowledge in IT security best practice and solutions. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent. Mobile security testing Exposure to ISO 27001, 9001 Experience engaging 3rd party security specialists to provide additional assurance
