Job title: Senior Business Analyst – Spanish

Job description: Our client, a rapidly growing Software Consulting company, with a footprint in the mining, oil & gas and environmental industry, is currently looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst – Spanish to join their team. You will be meeting with clients all over Canada, the US and even internationally. You will be the subject-matter-expert as it relates to project implementation. You will be in charge of analyzing client’s business processes to develop an optimal software implementation plan.

What will you be doing:
· Meet with existing clients and gather information on their existing business process
· Analyze the information and develop an efficient plan for software implementation
· Manage client expectations and participate in review meetings to ensure client follow-through
· Directly address any questions and concerns related to the implementation
· Participate in creating client training manuals, as well as provide adequate training during the project implementation period
· Report any risk related issues a it relates to the project implementation
· Support system integration and User Acceptance Training (UAT)
· Provides an optimal client experience, while ensuring adherence to project timelines
What we are looking for:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with external client facing implementation experience
· Prior experience in mining, oil & gas or environmental sectors, strongly preferred
· Must speak Spanish fluently
· Must have experience with configuration and object oriented programming
· Travel (30%) will be required, at a later time
Expected salary: $90000 – 120000 per year
