  • Work with companies project manager and heads of internal departments to recognize, understand, and define pertinent business initiatives and establish priorities for the Application Development Team.
  • – Act as point of contact for incoming business requests that require the Application Development Team.
  • – Schedule meetings with members of company to gather requirements.
  • – When required schedule meetings with Amur partners to define and organize their requirements.
  • – Schedule meetings with the Application Development Team to review, describe, and clarify the requirements and expectations.
  • – Create user stories for the Application Development Team to use as a guide.
  • – Work with project manager to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • – Participate or lead daily stand-up meetings.
  • – Manage tasks and bugs for the Application Development Team.
  • – Report project progress or setbacks updates to the PM and Salesforce Solutions Architect.
  • – Design and document flow diagrams for new or enhanced business processes.
  • – Build and execute UAT criteria for solution quality assessment.
  • – Build training programs and manuals for platform users.
  • – Lead platform solution demos
  • – Schedule follow up meetings with internal departments or external partners regarding user satisfaction and enhancement opportunities.
  • – Execute collaborative or independent research for platform solutions.
  • – Work with platform administrators on building reports to monitor solution usage and other relevant data.
  • – Manage third party platform applications when advised.
  • – Research and demo potential Salesforce.com third-party platform application solutions when related to projects or initiatives.
  • – Track user involvement/engagement on the Salesforce.com platform and its connected third-party applications.
  • – Design strategies to increase user involvement on the Salesforce.com platform and its connected third-party applications.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions. Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
  • strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree completed

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification
  • 4+ years experience

salary: $80,000 – 100,000 per year

certs are not a must, straight up BA is fine with some exposure to salesforec and great personality

100% remote

90% health insurance paid

bonus 200 a month based off sales of company and 5% target annual bonus

Must have great comms and personality

Try and get someone with PPP (Paycheck protection program experience) Building solutions,SBA API,etc. . Maybe working with biz2credit, Itria , Crossriver bank, kabbage and lendio
