The successful candidate will create and improve the dashboards that provide key business insights and inform high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working with large datasets and using practical statistical analyses, as well as with enterprise software, SaaS, or online advertising. Sales Operations Associate Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60-$70/hr
- Worksite: Leading tech company in the professional networking industry (Remote)

Sales Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap to build BI dashboards for Sales Operations and Finance organization.
- Work independently on scoping and delivering strategic projects with agility, working closely with different stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.
- Assess the level of effort to build key dashboards and flag risks to completion.
- Drive change management by communicating changes across teams and creating training materials that increase adoption.
Sales Operations Associate Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product management, investment banking, or a strategy-related role
- BA/BS degree in data science, business, engineering, math, statistics, computer science, or related discipline
- Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Dynamics (D365)
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Experience working with large datasets and using practical statistical analyses
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or online advertising
- Experience solving real-world business and product problems using relational databases
- Experience building and maintaining complex models
- Practical understanding of business, technology, big data, and/or entrepreneurship
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
Job Type:
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment
Expected salary: $60 – 70 per hour
