Our client, a well-respected, innovative organization, with a person-centered care culture, located in Nassau County, has engaged us to assist them in finding a talented NYS licensed RN with experience in nursing leadership to assume the role of Nursing Supervisor.
This role will be responsible for overall coordination and administration of clinical services during the evening shift, ensuring all nursing staff assigned provide the level of care and services expected from the facility.
Supported by an excellent team of professionals with longevity and a commitment to serving, this key leadership role will provide supervision, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.
Background Experience and Benefits
The selected candidate will possess a valid NYS Registered Nurse license along with a degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Additionally, you’ll have 3+ years’ experience in an RN role in a sub-acute setting, with prior experience as an RN Supervisor, RN Manager, Charge Nurse or similar role. Seeking an individual with a leadership style that empowers staff and supports them in achieving excellence, with an interest in promoting high quality patient care services. Prior experience working in a sub acute or hospital setting a plus.
