Responsibilities
Adjudicate high volume mortgage applications
Prepare mortgage commitments in a timely manner, with great attention to detail
Build positive working relationships with mortgage brokers and insurers, solicitors and appraisers
Complete credit lending decisions as per guidlelines
Maintain sound risk assessment while prioritzing applications and work expectations
Qualifications
Min. 2-3 years hands on Mortgage Underwriting experience
Proficiency with PC software in a Windows environment
Exceptional attention to detail while adhering to strict timelines
