We work with some of the largest organizations in a wide range of verticals and have offices across the country. Our insights platform pulls data from thousands of different sources across 150 countries and aggregates onto one easy to use platform.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of SaaS experience.
The right candidate will have a SaaS background in market research, data analytics, big data, AdTech, and/or MarTech.
You will be covering 15-30 accounts at a total of $2MM in annual spend. Our CS teams are divided into 4 person pods and report up to our VP of CS.

What You Will Be Doing
– Work w/ 15-30 accounts at $2MM total in annual spend
– Become a product evangelist and trusted adviser
– Proactively identify and resolve pain points
– General account management
– Understand business objectives and advise on solutions to meet them
– Expand the range of services, up selling and cross selling
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:
– SaaS CSM
– Background in market research, data analytics, big data, AdTech, and/or MarTech
