What You Will Be Doing
Marketing Director will drive sales and build brand awareness. The acquisition side drives the strategic direction of digital marketing while optimizing online acquisition across all channels (AdWords, retargeting, capterra, app store, etc.). Responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, managing campaigns, and building out our marketing team. You will be managing a multi-functional team that engages with sales, customer success, designers, product managers, engineers, and the CEO in fast-paced startup learning and growth opportunity.
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 3+ years’ SaaS Marketing
– Early-stage Start-up (Seed, Series A, Series B, etc)
– Hands-on Marketing leadership – Hiring, Building, Managing, Mentoring
– Online Acquisition across all channels (AdWords, retargeting, Capterra, App Store, etc)
– Digital Marketing Strategy
– PPC/Ads: Google Ads, Capterra, LinkedIn
– Social Media, Outside PR, Events, etc
– Lead generation and business development campaign support
– Email Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Website Management
