We are a high growth start-up aimed at evolving how businesses are managed. Our platform uses AI to automate and manage workplace activities to give leadership teams the ability to take on more with their day.

What You Will Be Doing
As the one of the first marketing hires, you will lead and direct both acquisition and engagement marketing. The acquisition side drives the strategic direction of digital marketing while optimizing online acquisition across all channels (AdWords, retargeting, capterra, app store, etc.).
– Manage PPC/Ads: Google Ads, Capterra, LinkedIn
– Manage Social Media Channels, SEO/SEM, A/B testing
– Track KPIs
– Source Leads, Send Great Emails, Deliver Reports to Sales
– Own customer outreach and email/in-app notifications engagement initiatives
– Plan and execute all marketing initiatives
– Manage PR collateral, events, calls, and relationships
– Manage in-house creative team, outside PR agencies and content writers
– Manage small marketing team and help grow the team and organization
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– SaaS Start-up (Seed, Series A, etc)
– 5+ years for Director/2+ years for Manager
– Growth marketing
– Google AdWords, PPC, Social Media
– SEO/SEM, PPC, Ads, Email Campaigns, Lead Gen
