Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Enterprise Success Manager with 3+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and working with complex SaaS products with multiple touchpoints and stakeholders.
Additionally, experience with the following is a HUGE plus, but not required – recruiting, and/or ATS (applicant tracking systems).
This person will work on a team of 6 CSMs and handle 4-6 enterprise accounts ranging anywhere from $300k-$1.5MM annual revenue.

What You Will Be Doing
– Manage a specific portfolio of 4-6 enterprise accounts ranging anywhere from $300k-$1.5MM annual revenue
– Become a trusted adviser and product evangelist
– Act as the primary point of contact
– Take ownership of the customer success life-cycle
– Collaborate with sales and product teams as the voice of the customer
– Recommend product enhancement based on customer feedback
What You Need for this Position
Must Have:
– 3+ Years Customer Success Manager
– Enterprise Accounts
– Complex SaaS products with multiple touchpoints and stakeholders.
– Renewals (minimal part of the job)
