Job description: REMOTE (EAST) – Assistant Financial Analyst, Cost Accounting Department
Kelly Services is seeking a temporary assistant to the Financial Analyst. The Assistant will be working with data and the analytics team to make sure costs are pushed through in a timely manner. This is a fully remote position that will last from 3-6 months. Candidates must live in the Eastern Time Zone. Position is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, and pays between $25-$35/hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Will assist the Financial Analyst in the costing department
Responsible for costing finished goods, bulk/flavor components, and packaging components
Push requests through vendor and get approvals
Process non-value added work that needs attention
Learn and utilize the SAP system
Qualifications
Must live in the Eastern Time Zone
4 year degree in Basic Accounting, Economics, or Business
Must know accounting principals
Someone with SAP experience is highly preferred
Someone with cost accounting experience is preferred
Will consider applicants straight out of college with applicable degrees
Must be good with computers and able to catch onto new systems quickly
Strong Excel experience (equations, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conversions, etc.)
Must be able to manage time wisely and meeting deadlines
