What You Will Be Doing

– Leading a small team of Product Managers. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, developing and guiding the team day to day.
– Creating the strategic direction of the product management team and owning the product roadmaps.
– Prioritize backlog
– Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Collaborate with engineering & design through the full lifecycle
– Participate in customer interviews, surveys and focus groups
– Collaborate with marketing on competitive positioning and market development
– Coordinate with cross functional teams for product enhancements, new product launches and go to market initiatives
– Establish key success metrics

What You Need for this Position

– 3+ years leading other product managers
– 2+ years with Product Management of an ecommerce marketplace or platform
– Agile
– SaaS products
– Product strategy
