Job title: Property Accountant

Job description: Advance your career as a Property Accountant with a well-known, successful organization and take responsibility for matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). The Property Accountant position is situated in the Ottawa, Ontario, area.
Key responsibilities
– General accounting
– Add financial information to journals and ledgers
– Support accounts payable
– Handle Accounts Receivable tasks
– Resolve discrepancies, and create correction documents
– Create financial statements
– Year-end closing
– Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience
– Post-Secondary education in a related field
– Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal
– Account reconciliation/bank reconciliations experience
– Accounts Receivable (AR)
