Job description: Adecco is Assisting a local client in their search for a Project Manager in New York! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! * Duration: 9 months
- Location: New York, (remote for now)
- Pay Rate: $66/hour (40 hours per week
Responsibilities for this Project Manager position: * Coordinate projects
- Work with the vendor on the project plan
- Monitor and review any changes to the plan in detail
- Prepare weekly updates and internal status report
- Review and comment on Vendor’s meeting materials and status updates
- Maintain various trackers as to development, key issues, deliverables, production parallel and golive readiness
- Manage meetings from setting them up to leading and producing minutes
- Manage vendor issues day to day
- Perform reconciliations, research and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications for this position: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Product experience (Lev Loans, Bonds, CLOs).
- Project Management experience. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Must have ample experience in Operations (Middle Office Support)
- 3 years relevant experience
