About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of ensuring that our Enterprise products and services create value for our customers and our business. Our Enterprise business segment is rapidly growing as virtual care gets strong traction across the country. We currently cater to a variety of customers, including employers, insurers, hospitals, clinics, and more.
You will contribute and execute on the Product roadmap delivery, using your skills in strategic thinking, user research, data analysis, and requirements definition to help create and optimize products to deliver measurable results for our Enterprise customers. You are a user-obsessed, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working closely with other product managers, business stakeholders, designers and developers. You are eager to help solve a range of complex problems.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Work with key business stakeholders, including Finance, to understand and translate customer needs into tangible proposals for investment.
- Work closely with UX and Engineering to bring products and services to life. Conduct user research and usability studies and white space analysis, collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to identify and viably solve customer problems.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and develop business cases, product cost targets, forecasts, revenue, pricing and ROI.
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources, and develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Maple and its features in focus customer segments.
- Define KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision-making processes
Required Skills
- At least 3 years working as a Product Manager, and 5 years of professional experience, ideally on technology-powered products
- Strong P&L understanding and demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales, or Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and express your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Experience solving complex problems for enterprise customers in the insurance/insurtech space is a plus
- Professional experience as either a Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or User Researcher is a plus

- Salary: $95,000 to $110,000
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus in June and December. Note that you will be eligible to participate in the first compensation review cycle that takes place after you’ve been in the role for six months.
- Equity compensation: Available subject to board approval, to be discussed.
- Paid Vacation: 3 weeks
