Responsibilities
Fill plans by entering applicant information into internal system
Research, resolve problems and escalate issues as required
Ensure billing of plan accounts is completed in timely manner
Coordinate all aspects of bringing on new clients
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Enrolling appliants in their respective plans
Making sure all plan data is accurate and is provided to participants in a timely manner
Fielding questions, concerns, and complaints from beneficiaries
Qualifications
Extensive understanding of ESPP applications
Advanced Excel skills
3 to 5 years progressive financial services industry experience
Canadian Securities Course license, an asset
Extensive knowledge of stock options, restricted stock/unit and performance share plans and ESPPs
