This permanent career opportunity offers full-time hours with 8-hour shifts over 5 days.

Shift start times can vary but you will typically have your schedule one month in advance. Shift times can range with start times from 5:30 am through 1 pm and end as late as 9:30 pm (again, 8-hour shifts are scheduled).

The successful candidate will be provided with competitive pay (estimated to be in the $55-65K range) and vacation entitlement, a comprehensive benefits package, plus a retirement savings program with matching.

This is a direct-hire, permanent career opportunity, meaning the successful candidate will be on our client’s payroll from day one.

Responsibilities
In this pharmaceutical production facility, you will supervise a small of Cleanroom Technicians while working along with the team – spending approximately 80% of your time working along with the team to produce compounds and the other 20% of the time will be spent managing administrative tasks relating to production, process and people. You will create liquid pharmaceutical compounds (patient-specific prescriptions) in this sterile setting.

Qualifications
– Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Diploma is required per NAPRA standards in this environment
– Team leadership experience is required
– Cleanroom experience is required, as is a strong proficiency with aseptic technique (practical test will be administered as part of the selection process for those candidates who advance to interview)
– Strong written verbal and computer skills are required
– Positive outlook with a strong work ethic required
– Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills a must
– Able to work early mornings through early evenings as per business needs and able to start at various times as the scheduled start times do change throughout the week
