Daily Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician:
- This person will be bouncing between both a Shipper role and a Pharm Tech role
- As a pharm tech, will be assisting other Pharmacy technician staff in dispensing orders and receiving and stocking inventory under supervision of Pharmacist and Lead Technician
- As a Shipper, will be responsible for helping to assist shipping department in stocking up on boxes, bubble, gel pack ice (requires occasional heaving lifting up to 50lbs.) helping to pack both refrigerated and non-refrigerated medications according to SOP, will also assist in shipping out packages via Malvern shipping system
SCHEDULE: 30-40 hours a week, will be working shifts only during the hours of M-F, 9-5:30 (not working every day, but schedule subject to change each week)
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Length of Assignment: 3 month contract, could have potential to extend
Requirements of a Pharmacy Technician:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years Pharm Tech experience OR Pharmacy Warehouse experience
- Reliable transportation, will pass on someone who only uses public transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Soft skills: well spoken, able to multi-task, flexible, strong work ethic, ability to take the lead on projects as needed, team player
