Job Description:

The Lead Oracle EBS Analyst will be the primary interface between IT and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions that efficiently utilize existing EBS processes. The Lead Analyst role will support the existing EBS production footprint, design enhancements, and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate them. This position will require deep knowledge of the Oracle EBS system across multiple modules in order to be able to solution effectively.

Job Duties:

  • Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction.
  • Provides functional leadership and expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS R12 application areas including Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Discrete Manufacturing, and Inventory.
  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership of the Oracle EBS applications for Oracle implementation projects and enhancement requests.
  • Designs and develops creative and unique solutions to enhance the usability and efficiency of the solution implemented at L3Harris.
  • Help define the strategic direction of the EBS Application within the segment.
  • Works closely with the other functional and technical team members to determine feasibility and cost of proposed solutions.
  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including: Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Training, Support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and drive issue resolution with Oracle Applications.
  • Ability to recommend, develop and document effective, value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Work is guided by individual annual goals and objectives with minimal oversight or direction.
  • Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches.
  • Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or business-related field and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Applications.
  • 3 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle Applications.
  • Ability to work with and collaborate with all levels of business users within the organization.
  • Knowledge of EBS General Ledger Module.
  • Ability to use SQL.
  • Knowledge of planning tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $86,000 – $159,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
