Office Coordinator You’ll be assisting CRTO staff with day-to-day operations and functionality. You will be required to work in a time-sensitive environment, proactively, and professionally managing CRTO files, prioritizing, and tracking work as assigned. You will be required to handle high volumes of information. You’ll be responsible for conducting daily financial transactions, therefore accounting and/or bookkeeping expertise is required. You’ll oversee our office functions we have in place to ensure the office runs smoothly, and our team stays organized and productive. Practically speaking, you will: * Complete daily financial/accounting functions like preparing invoices, entering AP invoices into the system, collection of outstanding accounts and entering payments into the system, and completing bank deposits * Assist CRTO staff with data entry into our database * Review and implement file and document organization * Support CRTO staff on delegated initiatives * Redact files and documents * Schedule meetings and liaising with CRTO staff and external stakeholders * Maintain office equipment and manage service calls, including for our phone system, voicemail system maintenance, etc. * Communicate with hotels, financial institutions and other external partners We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is self motivated. We’ll look to you to take initiative, utilize your problem-solving skills, and take the lead in making things happen. Working @ CRTO This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, working remote during the pandemic and post pandemic coming into the downtown Toronto office 1-2 times a week. Qualifications * Experience working as an office coordinator, or similar role * Previous experience in daily accounting and/or bookkeeping functions * Proficiency with online cloud-based QuickBooks software and Adobe * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) * Database management experience (e.g., iMIS) an asset * Post-secondary degree or diploma in office administration or similar would be an asset but is not required * Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in accounting and/or bookkeeping would be considered an asset How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
