Our client is looking for a Multi-Threaded, Low Latency, Object Oriented Lead Java Developer to program financial modeling and trading software. Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a must. This person will be working ion multithreaded applications with significantly high transactions.
As the Java Lead you will need Object Oriented Development experience coding, system analysis, programming large scale systems.
Due to the importance of this role, experience with developing algorithmic trading applications, risk assessment applications, and developing valuation tools is required. This role is working on high volume transactional data driven applications, and experience in multi-threaded environment is a must. Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or similar enterprise level environments preferred.
This is a 12+ month long contract and can pay up extremely competitive for the right candidate.
