This project management position will involve technical implementations but requires more functional consultant responsibilities. The smaller group setting of this company will allow you to gain skills and knowledge about CRM and professional development that you wouldn’t receive at a larger corporation. A company driven by learning, adapting, and expanding their skill-sets through highly complex solutions. You will join a product based technology company that excel at what they do.
Role & Responsibilities:
This role will be excitingly different than your average solutions architect position. You will also be tasked as the client success manager for customer engagement. As a more functional role, you will need to be able to effectively communicate with MS partners and your team developers. You will need some consultant experience as this position requires customer management alongside functional and technical communication tasks. You will be paired up with a highly skilled developer whenever you need help during the – process. They will teach you more about CRM and development of the product so you can effectively translate it into the functional realm of the position.
Skills & Qualifications:
As the MS Dynamics CRM solutions architect and success manager, it is important to have strong critical and analytic thinking skills. Since you will be managing CRM processes between technical and non-technical positions, you will need strong communication skills. You must be able to read and translate technical coding into the functional space. Other requirements include:
- 1+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM/365 CE
- Experience working with Microsoft partners
- Experience with product and account management
- Ability to read and translate code, no need to write
- Consulting experience
