Now we want to make sure that everyone in Canada knows Be There exists and has access to it. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead all marketing, outreach and promotions for our award-winning Be There resource
- Oversee ad agency and vendor relationships for all Be There marketing
- Place and monitor in-house Be There advertisements
- Use Be There data to increase reach and refine targeting
- Work with the team to develop messaging and key themes, and ensure consistency across channels
- Coordinate asset creation (videos, web banners, photos, content, etc.) and liaise with Jack.org’s communication team to create, deliver, publish in-house assets
- Work with the Francophone Communications Manager to coordinate translations and build translation/cultural adaptation requirements in plans and timelines
- Ensure Be There promotions are faithful to Jack.org’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion standards
- Seek and manage partnerships for Be There’s promotion
- Ensure Be There is properly reflected in partnership materials
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has 5+ years of relevant experience in communications and/or marketing
- Is a strong project manager
- Has experience in marketing campaign production and execution, including digital and paid ads
- Is an excellent relationship builder, and has experience working with marketing agencies
- Has knowledge of digital UX and has worked with Content Management Systems
- Knowledge of mental health matters, or a keen desire to learn
WE WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU HAD:
- Bilingualism a very strong asset
- Graphic Design (InDesign, Spark, Illustrator) and web design
- Photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Social media (caption copy, insight tracking)
- Google Suite, including data studio
- Google Ad & SEO experience; data tracking & analytics
- Media training and/or comfort giving presentations
