Who You Are
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Generalist to join our growing marketing team in the US. You have experience in marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences that include traditional and digital marketing tactics. You are okay switching gears and pivoting depending on the current team focus. You will assist in the planning and execution of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns to reach new health plan partners and clients as well as helping to reach new potential patients in different markets across the country. You have a passion for digital marketing and can create, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across social and paid digital channels. You have experience in building marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys to reach and engage new prospects across B2B and B2C. You have experience and an understanding of working with events, industry partnerships, content, print, and running traditional marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and programs to activate both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate brand awareness and lead generation marketing campaigns to reach patients via traditional and digital media channels.
- Manage our email and marketing automation activities.
- Coordinate, plan and execute projects with the team.
- Communicate updates and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Gather insight, analytics and recommendations from ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Documentation and organization of projects.
- Plan and execute company webinars, virtual events, content, and external events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, related field, or equal years of experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing manager or similar role. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
- Knowledge and hands-on-experience of Marketing Automation and how to build and execute campaigns. (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot experience a plus)
- Knowledge of running and managing digital/social marketing campaigns from the ground up. (Google Adwords, SEO techniques, Facebook Business Manager)
- Find it easy to work across teams and build relationships
- An eye for detail and giving creative direction
- Quick technical learner and an interest in mastering new software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- An interest in health and wellbeing
