Job description: Provide administrative services to individual(s) or a department, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence, reception/switchboard, filing, mail delivery and external courier services, data entry, document management services, records management, office security, budget monitoring and office supply orders. Book meetings, document meeting procedures and arrange special events. May provide administrative services to a site/location, typically in the area of print production, mail services and conference room setup. May handle special projects of administrative nature.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Organize, schedule, run and evaluate seminars, workshops and self-paced trainings

Create communication methodologies for training materials.

Manage budget, schedule, and performance of the program. Identify and drive countermeasures in instances when project is overdue or exceeding budget.

Create & maintain training plans and schedules (outsourced or in-house).

Create metrics and organization methods for training and team check in sessions

Benchmark training best practices

Collaborate with outside parties to deliver the smooth, effective educational experiences. Maintain contractual relationships.

Use Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and concepts to maximize efficiency and quality.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High School diploma 6+ years’ experience

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work:

Experience or talent for organizing and working complex events in an efficient and methodical manner;

Balance of agility and attention to detail; the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges

Ability to navigate priority conflicts to optimize L&D resources, programing execution.

Ability to measure & communicate success against metrics

Interaction with Computer systems:

Ability and agility to use and learn web-based systems (e.g. Workday)

Communicating, Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships:

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills, across functions, management levels and outside the company;

Ability to interface with multiple cultures, geographies and time zones

Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet take initiatives when the need arises

It would be a plus if you also possess:

Conference Management or L&D Program Management Experience

A college degree in business, communications or relevant field

Experience in change management and performance monitoring

Creation of Standard Work for administration of L&D Programs

  • The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $22.64 to 28.50. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
