Compensation: $25/hr to $30/hr according to experience.

Work Hours: Regular Business Hours.
Work Location: Currently Remote, but may require regular or occasional onsite work later on in the assignment, at our Client’s secure, downtown Toronto location on TTC line.
Responsibilities Summary:
- Respond to telephone or email inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues related to computers and other IT matters for internal employees using a positive, client focused attitude to deal with issues as they arise.
- Support agency Zoom use, providing instructions and guidance on its use in a business context and using strong working knowledge to quickly resolve problems.
- Supply clear, thorough written instructions to agency employees outlining Zoom procedures and other technical system guidelines, ensuring information sharing is fast, effective and accessible.
- Use IT knowledge to support employees in troubleshooting various other concerns including resetting passwords, teleconferencing procedure and related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees over the phone re problems with resetting passwords, teleconference procedures, etc.
- Additional Helpdesk Tier 1 or 2 responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 1-2+ years of related helpdesk experience.
- A history of highly proficient Zoom use with the expertise to provide instructions and technical guidance on its application in the workplace.
- Have good writing skills to write out Zoom and other technical procedures
- Excellent computer skills including demonstrated Microsoft Office skills and experience navigating Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the experience to quickly identify issues as they arise and provide best practice advice to achieve resolution in a timely manner.
- Excellent professionalism, customer service and a self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work in multiple environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information.
- Excellent judgement and demonstrated commitment to client service and professional representation of the organization.
- Advanced organizational, coordinative and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively for self and others, meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team and liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work both remotely and to commute to and work onsite when required.
- Satisfactory CPIC Criminal Background Check and Employment References.
