EXPERIENCE
- Windows 10 and Mac OS troubleshooting and support
- Interfacing with users for desktop to laptop conversions,
- Imaging & Refreshing Machines
- Experience with Remote Desktop, Casper/JAMF, or SCCM a plus
- Experience with work from home setup, VPN’s, etc.
- Needs to have great customer service skills to work with End users to fix technical issues
- Candidate should be professional, mature and be able to work independently/unsupervised
Expected salary: $15 – 20 per hour
