Job description: A global Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Mandarin speaking consultant to monitor and maintain the database of the IT contract management. This is a great opportunity for a junior consultant to organically grow and develop skills further within IT.

- Monitor and maintain the database IT contract management system
- Coordinate and monitor IT training, employee attendance and other office administrative tasks
- Arrange meetings and take minutes
- Provide timely responses and proactively follow up with other requests of other functions within the business

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills:
- Mandarin speaking is a must
- 1+ year of experience in office administration
- Highly focused and organized
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills

Expected salary: $83194 per year
