Are you unemployed/looking for work as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic? Looking to lend a hand, and earn some money, but not sure where to start? We are currently recruiting Intake Clerks to fulfill a FULL TIME 4+ month contract, supporting immunization/vaccination clinics in your region (Midland).
Intake Clerk – $19.00 per hour
Pay and hours ..
- $19.00/hr
- Full time hours (35 – 40 per week)
- Regular schedule
- Work alongside some of the best health-care professionals in our region
What you’ll be doing ..
- Clinic/administrative support staff (full training provided)
- Confirm client appointment in automated appointment system
- Obtain consent for collection and use of personal information
- Data entry of client’s personal information into system
- Check in and direct clients to pre-immunization waiting area for check in
- Arrange consent forms in order of arrival
- Assist with light clinic set up and take down
What you bring to the job ..
- An up to date resume with recent job reference
- A high school/college diploma or GED
- Exceptional communication skills, caring, empathetic, patient
- Demonstrated technology skills of operate a desktop, laptop, tablet etc
- Experience with data entry and database software
- Valid G license and own vehicle
- Available for 3 – 5 days of training (paid) the week of Feb 22 – 26
- Able to work 35 – 40 hrs per week (including rotating weekends)
- Able to commence work on March 1, 2021
