Job description: Human Resource Generalist, CHRP, strong full cycle human resource experience. To qualify you must have your CHRP or are at the final stages and come from a complex environment that gave you full cycle HR experience within a unionized environment. This experience will enable you to sit with the leadership team and represent Human Resources and champion the employees to your fullest abilities. You will have a strong Leader to assist you in collaborating within the organization. You will ensure the organization complies with HR process and policies.
As the HR Generalist you will need to have your CHRP, CHRL and have worked within a complex unionized environment. Human Resources (HR) Administration, HRIS – Human Resources Info Systems, HealthCare Analytics, with at least 5 years in a progressive capacity, knowledge of labour relations, knowledge of current provincial legislation, best practices and employment standards in Ontario. You must be result-oriented where your approach will build and maintain productive and trusting relationships. As the HR Generalist you will have expertise in process improvement, organizational design along with superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with others to be the subject matter expert in human resources.
