Robert Half Technology is actively in need of a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company in the Financial industry. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Located in New York, New York, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary role.
Key responsibilities
– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
– Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
– Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
– Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Job Requirements:
– Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
– Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
– Understanding of basic networking concepts
– Command of Active Directory
– Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
– Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
