Robert Half Technology is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users at a rapidly expanding company in the Healthcare/NHS industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. Located in Tarrytown, New York, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a short-term temporary role.
Responsibilities
– Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
– Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
– Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems
Job Requirements:
– Command of Avaya
– Strong familiarity with Blackberry support
– Comprehensive knowledge of Apple Macintosh
– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
– Familiarity with basic networking concepts
– Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
– IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
