Adecco is hiring immediately for a temporary, full time Forklift Operator – Counterbalance Propane / Gas to work for one of our client who values growth for its employees and has a good working environment.
Forklift Operators would be responsible for moving stock from one area to another within the warehouse environment. You’ll load and unload shipments of various sizes using Counterbalance – Propane/Gas Forklift. * Pay rate: $17.50/hour

- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am

Job responsibilities include: * Unload materials and products from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Remove goods from production area and secure freight by using plastic wrap machine
- Scan goods into storage locations using hand held scanner.
- Read and comprehend shipping reports in order to stage load for shipping
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Adhering to safety management standards and production schedules.
To qualify, you should: * Valid Certification for Counterbalance Propane / Gas Forklift is required
- Must have experience working on Counterbalance Propane / Gas Forklift
- Proficiency operating technical machinery and RF scanners
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
